Snippety – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

Snippety will produce a customised promotional video for your dental practice based on the agreed script, template, and assets (logos, images, team photos, testimonials, etc.) provided by you.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for supplying accurate information, branding, and any required assets (logos, images, etc.) within the agreed timeframe.

  • Delays in providing assets do not delay the payment schedule (see Section 3).

  • You confirm that any assets provided are owned by you or that you have the right to use them.

3. Payment Terms

  • An invoice will be issued two weeks from the project start date, regardless of whether you have supplied all required assets.

  • Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Work may be paused or delivery withheld until payment is received in full.

4. Revisions

  • Each project includes one round of reasonable changes (small edits to text, images, or voiceover).

  • Additional revisions or major changes (e.g., a new script, different template, or substantial rework) may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery

  • Videos are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after approval of assets and script.

  • Final videos will be supplied in standard digital formats suitable for websites, social media, and internal screens.

6. Usage Rights

  • On full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the video for your practice’s marketing.

  • Snippety retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel the project after work has begun, you remain liable for any work completed up to that point.

  • Refunds are not provided once a draft has been delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Snippety will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the video.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with advertising regulations (e.g., ASA, GDC guidelines).
